Kirkland & Ellis advised Braemont Capital, an investment firm that partners with market-leading companies at growth inflection points, on its strategic investment in TEC Services, LLC, a premier provider of essential janitorial and sanitation services to the grocery and food distribution end markets. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
