Silversmith Capital Partners Announces Promotions

Silversmith Capital Partners ("Silversmith"), a growth equity firm focused on supporting the best entrepreneurs in technology and healthcare, today announced five promotions across its Investment team. Shelby Miller and Jordan Braunstein have been promoted to Principal; Liv Reuss to Vice President; Annie Cory to Senior Associate; and Buddy Mrowka to Associate.

Jordan Braunstein, Principal

Jordan joined Silversmith in 2022 and is a member of the Healthcare team. His investment and board experience includes EvolveNXT, Further, and Nira Medical. Prior to Silversmith, Jordan held roles at OneOncology and Court Square Capital Partners and began his career as an Analyst in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Goldman Sachs. Jordan holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Shelby Miller, Principal

Shelby joined Silversmith in 2019 and is a member of the Technology team, with a focus on sales, marketing, and content management technology. Her investment and board experience includes Appfire, Clearer.io, Constructor, eOne, Microblink, Northbeam, Talon.One, and Zonos. Prior to Silversmith, Shelby worked at Audax Group and Bain Capital Credit. Shelby holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.

Livia Reuss, Vice President

Liv joined Silversmith in 2024 and is a member of the Technology team, with a focus on sales, marketing, and customer experience technology. Her portfolio experience includes Talon.One and Proven Optics. Prior to Silversmith, Liv was an investor at TA Associates and began her career on Morgan Stanley's power and utilities investment banking team. Liv holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College.

Annie Cory, Senior Associate

Annie joined Silversmith in 2024 and is a member of the Technology team. Her investment experience includes CollegeVine and MeridianLink. Prior to Silversmith, Annie was an investor at Summit Partners and began her career on Morgan Stanley's technology investment banking team. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University.

Buddy Mrowka, Associate

Buddy joined Silversmith Capital Partners in 2023 and is a member of the Technology team. His investment experience includes Proven Optics and SkillCorner. Prior to Silversmith, Buddy worked at Pelotero, a SaaS startup in the athlete development space. Buddy holds a Master of Professional Studies degree in Analytics with a concentration in Applied Machine Intelligence from Northeastern University and an AB in Economics with a secondary in psychology from Harvard College.
