MAKE AMERICA SAFE AGAIN: DHS Deports Illegal Alien Gangsters, Including Attempted Murderers, Violent Assailants, Robbers, and Drunk Drivers

WASHINGTON - The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released the following statement after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deported more illegal alien gang members in the last week, including those convicted of attempted murder, aggravated assault, aggravated robbery, and driving under the influence, among other heinous crimes.

"Last week, the steadfast patriots of ICE deported even more illegal aliens from our nation, including Attempted Murderers, Violent Assailants, Robbers, and Drunk Drivers." said Secretary of Homeland Security Markwayne Mullin. "Every single deportation makes America safer. DHS is delivering on President Trump's mandate from the American people to deport illegal aliens, because that's how we save America."

Arturo Moises Urzua Yanez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and Surenos gang member, deported on October 2. His criminal history includes convictions for attempted murder, vehicle theft, and possession of firearm by felon. He illegally entered the United States at an unknown date and location. He was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge on September 18, 2026.

Juan Jose Zavala Romero, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras and Tango Blast gang member, deported on October 3. His criminal history includes convictions for felony deadly conduct - discharging a firearm, assault causing bodily injury - family member, TWO counts of improper entry by an alien aiding and abetting, and illegal re-entry. He first illegally entered the United States in August 1995 near Eagle Pass, Texas. He was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge on December 5, 1995, voluntarily left the country in 2005, and has since illegally re-entered and previously been deported SEVEN times.

Yair de Jesus Trejo-Mendoza, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and Surenos gang member, deported on September 30. His criminal history includes convictions for TWO counts of driving under the influence of liquor, aggravated assault and battery on a police officer, resisting an officer, speeding, and illegal entry. He first illegally entered the United States in June 2006 near Hidalgo, Texas. He was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge on December 9, 2008, and has since illegally re-entered and previously been deported FIVE times.

Everardo Hernandez-Huizar, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and Tango Blast gang member, deported on September 30. His criminal history includes convictions for aggravated assault - serious bodily injury, felon in possession of a weapon, theft, and unlawful re-entry. He claims to have first illegally entered the United States through Texas in March 1999. He was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge on April 16, 2008, was deported, and illegally re-entered the country at an unknown date and location.

Antonio de Jesus Jimenez Martinez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and Paisas gang member, deported on October 2. His criminal history includes convictions for assault bodily injury - family, failure to identify a fugitive - intent to give false information, and illegal re-entry. He first illegally entered the United States at an unknown date and location. He was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge on October 19, 2007, and has been previously deported FOUR times.

Wosbely Everildo Puac Elias (aka Wosbeli Elias), a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala and Paisas gang member, deported on October 2. His criminal history includes convictions for battery - domestic violence, obstructing justice, felony third-degree aggravated stalking, and petty theft. He illegally entered the United States at an unknown date and location. He was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge on October 13, 2017, and has since illegally re-entered and previously been deported TWICE.

Josue Emmanuel Garcia-Ramirez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and Surenos gang member, deported on October 2. His criminal history includes convictions for first-degree burglary, inflict corporal injury - spouse/cohabitant, personate to make other liable, and reckless driving. He first illegally entered the United States at an unknown date and location. He was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge on January 7, 2008, was deported, and illegally re-entered the country at an unknown date and location.

Juan Carlos Munoz-Aguilera, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and La Sierra Brown Knights gang member, deported on September 29. His criminal history includes convictions for second-degree burglary, grand theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, threaten crime with intent to terrorize, carry concealed dirk or dagger, trespass - injure property, and possession of a controlled substance, as well as arrests for battery with serious bodily injury, fourth-degree assault, harassment - death threat domestic violence, THREE counts of driving under the influence, possession of a stolen vehicle, trespassing, possession of burglary tools, petty theft, vandalism, and driving with license suspended. He illegally entered the United States at an unknown date and location. He was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge on September 17, 2026.

Pedro Barajas-Garcia, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and Surenos gang member, deported on September 29. His criminal history includes second-degree burglary, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, resisting arrest, trespass, leaving scene of motor vehicle accident, driving with excessive blood alcohol content, unlawful use of weapon, possess/manufacture/sell illegal weapon, and tampering with motor vehicle. He was lawfully admitted to the United States in March 1999. Following his criminal convictions, he was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge on September 23, 2026.

Fidel Espinoza-Olvera, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico and Paisas gang member, deported on October 2. His criminal history includes convictions for aggravated robbery and illegal re-entry. He first illegally entered the United States through Texas in August 2012. He was issued a final order of removal by DHS on August 26, 2012, and has previously been deported FIVE times.
