Dentons advises Home & Co on acquisition of student residence in Frankfurt

Berlin-Global law firm Dentons has advised Home & Co on the acquisition of a student apartment building with 164 residential units in Frankfurt am Main on Salvador-Allende-Straße. The acquired property includes spacious communal areas and underground parking spaces. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Home & Co is a real estate platform focusing on micro-residential properties in Europe. The company currently owns and operates over 3,000 units in Germany and Spain. Its target group includes students and young professionals for whom finding accommodation-from the booking process to furnished apartments-should be made as easy as possible. With the acquisition of the student residence in Frankfurt, Home & Co is now represented at twelve locations in Germany.
