City Announces Good Friday Holiday Schedule for Municipal Services
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ (March 30, 2026) - The City of New Brunswick will observe the Good Friday holiday on Friday, April 3. City Hall and most municipal offices will be closed. Public safety and emergency services will continue to operate.
The New Brunswick Free Public Library and the New Brunswick Senior Citizen Resource Center will also be closed on April 3.
In addition, state offices and stock markets are also closed for the holiday. Federal offices are open, and mail is delivered.
