Lower Bucks Hospital Partners with Artist of Bristol on the Delaware to Honor Late Artist with Charity Art Sale

Bristol, PA - (06/20/2026) - Lower Bucks Hospital is proud to announce a meaningful collaboration with the Artist of Bristol on the Delaware (AOB) to honor the memory of Claire B., a cherished former member who passed away. In a heartfelt gesture, Claire's children have generously donated a collection of her framed works to AOB, with all proceeds from the sales dedicated to supporting the organization.

Claire was a talented artist and a longstanding member of AOB, actively contributing her time and expertise, including several years on the board.

Michael Motte, CEO of Lower Bucks Hospital, stated, "We are deeply honored to collaborate with the Artist of Bristol on the Delaware. This initiative not only celebrates the legacy of a gifted artist but also aligns with our commitment to community initiatives. The donation from Claire's family exemplifies the spirit of generosity and highlights the profound impact of art in uniting us all."

As part of this collaboration, four of the late artist's pieces will be featured in an upcoming art show hosted by AOB. Included in the display is a small framed photo of Claire and brief explanation of her work.

"We believe that art has the power to inspire and bring people together," said Janice Rhodes, AOB President. "By showcasing these works, we not only honor the memory of our late member but also contribute to a cause that truly matters."

The art show will be held from Wednesday, June 17, to Wednesday, September 16, in the main lobby of Lower Bucks Hospital. The community is warmly invited to attend and view these beautifully painted pieces. All proceeds from the sale of the featured artworks will directly benefit AOB, reinforcing the connection between art and community.
