Increased Traffic Anticipated Dec. 5-7

The City anticipates increased traffic the weekend of Friday, Dec. 5 - Sunday, Dec. 7:

  • On Friday, Dec. 5, South State Street between Home and Plum Streets will be closed to vehicular traffic from 5-8 p.m.
  • On Saturday, Dec. 6, South State Street will be closed from County Line Road to Walnut Street from 9:45 a.m. to approximately noon. There will be a closure from East Walnut Street to Library Road during the same time period. The Westerville Public Library can be accessed via the eastern entrance to 64 E. Walnut St.
  • On Sunday, Dec. 7, please be mindful of extra pedestrian traffic between the Sports Complex (325 N. Cleveland Ave.) and the Community Center (350 N. Cleveland Ave.) from noon - 4 p.m.
