Since joining DAS, he has led and worked alongside various teams on a range of initiatives that have made an impact on propelling the business forward.

As Co-CEO, Norris will continue to work alongside the Core Executive Team and report to Owner/CEO, David Abel. He will also remain a key contributor on the Senior Management Team, which provides direction and leadership to the organization, while helping to ensure that all departments are aligned with the company's values and mission.
