The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today paid tributes to Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee on his 125th Jayanti, remembering him as a distinguished nation-builder, eminent educationist and visionary leader who dedicated his life to India's unity, dignity and progress.

The Prime Minister said that Dr. Mookerjee's enduring contributions to education, industrial development and national integration continue to inspire generations. "As India moves forward towards the goal of a Viksit Bharat, Dr. Mookerjee's vision and ideals remain a guiding force for the nation"", Shri Modi remarked.
