Tradelink Showcased AI-Powered Smart Logistics at MTR Safety Management Workshop

Tradelink was pleased to be invited by MTR Corporation to share at the MTR Safety Management Workshop held on 12 Sept at the W Hotel, Hong Kong. The event brought together over 200 retail tenants and industry professionals to exchange ideas on safety, innovation, and operational excellence in the retail sector.

Our General Manager of Supply Chain Solutions, Mr. Eddie Chap, delivered a presentation titled "AI-Powered Smart Logistics and Asset Management for Retail Excellence." He shared how Tradelink's IoT-enabled solution supports MTR Corporation in tracking and tracing goods, enhancing visibility and operational control. Eddie also introduced the AI Supply Chain Assistant, an intelligent tool built on Tradelink's Warehouse Management System. Designed to guide users through logistics fundamentals-such as evaluating and comparing shipping modes-the Assistant also responds to unconventional queries with contextual recommendations. In addition, it supports ad-hoc analytics by providing predictive insights into how factors like seasonal variations, commodity types, and shipping routes influence delivery efficiency.
