H.E. Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National bank of Cambodia (NBC), participated as a panel speaker in a discussion on "Global Woman in AI" at the Future Skills Forum 2025 on November 11, 2025, in Singapore.

At the event, H.E. Governor said that Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays an important role in the development of innovative solutions. This role is accompanied by increasing demand and a need for participation from global women leaders to promote the inclusion of data analysis enabled by this technology. Meanwhile utilizing AI requires responsibility, transparency, and data balance.

Furthermore, when women have a clear purpose in utilizing that data, AI technology can also assist them in the decision-making process, ensuring decisions are accurate and highly effective, especially as digital technology continues to grow across the globe.
