UCLA Anderson School of Management launches minors in real estate and sports leadership and management

UCLA Anderson School of Management is launching new minors, one in real estate and the other in sports leadership and management. With the addition of these two minors, UCLA Anderson expands its undergraduate offerings, giving students more opportunities to pair their major with a secondary area of study and develop specialized skills along the way. The application period for admission in the fall 2026 quarter will begin later in April.

The new programs build on UCLA Anderson's existing minors in Accounting and Entrepreneurship. They extend the school's approach to leadership and applied learning to additional fields, offering structured pathways into industries that are increasingly complex, interconnected and influential across the global economy.

"The addition of our Real Estate and Sports Leadership and Management minors expands our portfolio of offerings for UCLA's undergraduates," said UCLA Anderson interim dean Margaret Shih. "We designed the new programs to meet both the interests of the students and the needs of the marketplace in these two specialized fields. They combine the rigorous scholarship that UCLA students expect with the practical knowledge they need to embark on careers in real estate and sports management."
