The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina's Greenville location will be closed on Monday, February 2, 2026. The Charleston and Columbia court locations will operate on a delayed schedule, opening at 10:00 a.m. Employees will be teleworking during normal business hours and available by phone or email. The Court's CM/ECF system will be available for electronic filing and research. Electronic Self-Representation (eSR) and the Electronic Document Submission System (EDSS) are available for pro se filings.
