The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts has been informed by BAE Systems, which operates the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) on behalf of the Judiciary, that BAE has resolved the issues related to the cybersecurity incident that affected the BNC. The BNC system is now back online and available for use. Notices generated during the BNC disruption will be processed and sent out
