Global Ship Lease Announces Results of 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
ATHENS, Greece, June 17, 2025 - Global Ship Lease, Inc. (NYSE: GSL) (the "Company" or "GSL") today announced that its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders was duly held on June 17, 2025 in Athens, Greece (the "Annual Meeting"). At the Annual Meeting, the shareholders of the Company (i) re-elected each of three directors, George Giouroukos, Ian J. Webber and Michael Chalkias, to serve until the Company's 2028 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and until such time as his respective successor has been duly elected and qualified, and (ii) ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers S.A. as the Company's independent public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

As of March 31, 2025, the average remaining term of the Company's charters, to the mid-point of redelivery, including options under the Company's control and other than if a redelivery notice has been received, was 2.3 years on a TEU-weighted basis. Contracted revenue on the same basis was $1.87 billion. Contracted revenue was $2.37 billion, including options under charterers' control and with latest redelivery date, representing a weighted average remaining term of 3.0 years.
