Solaire in Roseville welcomes a new school

Exciting news for the residents of Illumination and Radiance at Solaire in Roseville! A new elementary school is opening within walking distance from both Tri Pointe Homes communities. Westbrook Elementary School is expected to open in August 2023 and could be home to as many as 800 students.

Illumination and Radiance at Solaire are proud to be part of the: Roseville Joint Union High School and Roseville City School Districts.

Westbrook Elementary School, located in the Roseville City School District, is striving to be a top-notch educational facility. Jessica Brooks, the new school Principal is looking forward to the elementary school's first year. She is very passionate about the opportunity that opening a new school creates for building school culture from the ground up. She noted that Westbrook was planned as a state-of-the art school with a high level of community engagement encouraged. She hopes it will be "a positive inclusive culture with a focus on teaching resilience." Besides the modern amenities, the new school campus was designed with the desert climate in mind, boasting multiple shade structures throughout to encourage outdoor learning.
