CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00020294 de 18 de septiembre de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía INTEROC S.A. cuya oferta pública del DÉCIMO PROGRAMA DE EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE CORTO PLAZO O PAPEL COMERCIAL fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2024-00010966 del 21 de junio de 2024 por el monto de hasta U$10'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
