Next week, Forsyth County's 911 Center will launch PowerEngage, a new feedback tool from NEOGOV designed to help us better serve our community.
After certain non-life-threatening 911 calls, callers may receive a brief text message survey asking about their experience. The survey is quick and completely voluntary, but the feedback it provides is incredibly valuable.
Once submitted, survey responses will appear on a screen inside the 911 Center so the team can see the feedback in real time. This allows everyone, from dispatchers to supervisors, to learn from the responses as well as recognize great work.
"Your voice helps us grow, celebrate great work and identify opportunities to serve the public better," said 911 Center Deputy Director Rebecca Camantigue. "Thank you in advance for helping us strengthen the partnership between our 911 Center and the community we protect every day."
