Hidden Creek Community Center Reopens with Improvements

Community members can now enjoy several improvements at Hidden Creek Community Center following the facility's annual maintenance closure in May.

The temporary closure provided an opportunity for staff to refresh key community spaces, complete important maintenance projects, and prepare the center for another year of recreation, fitness, and events!

Key upgrades include:

• Recoating of the floors in Kalapuya Hall and the gym, giving these popular spaces a refreshed appearance and long-term durability.
  
  
• The ramp leading to the cardio-weight room has been resurfaced, creating a firmer and more accessible approach that helps reduce barriers for individuals who benefit from a more stable surface.

In addition to these projects, staff completed routine maintenance throughout the facility, including painting, deep cleaning, sanitizing, organizing program spaces, and servicing building systems. Facility staff also participated in trainings to continue providing safe, welcoming, and high-quality experiences for community members.
