Announcement of Own Share Purchases
The company Quality & Reliability S.A., pursuant to Article 49 of Law 4548/2018, Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, announces that, in execution of the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders dated 30.03.2026 and the resolution of its Board of Directors dated 13.05.2026, it carried out the following transaction:
- on Monday 14/9/2026, the purchase of 10,920 own shares at an average acquisition price of EUR 1.2185 per share and a total transaction value of EUR 13,306.00.
- on Tuesday 15/9/2026, the purchase of 5,000 own shares at an average acquisition price of EUR 1.2132 per share and a total transaction value of EUR 6,066.00.
- on Wednesday 16/9/2026, the purchase of 9,700 own shares at an average acquisition price of EUR 1.2056 per share and a total transaction value of EUR 11,694.40.
- on Thursday 17/9/2026, the purchase of 6,150 own shares at an average acquisition price of EUR 1.2171 per share and a total transaction value of EUR 7,485.40.
Following the purchases carried out to date, the Company holds a total of 157,012 own shares, corresponding to 0.444 % of the total number of shares of the Company.
