Darrell Stark to Speak on AIA/NDIA Technical Data Rights Forum Panel

On Sept. 3, Taft partner Darrell Stark will speak on a panel at the 2025 Technical Data Rights Forum in Washington, D.C., on IP Negotiations with the U.S. government.
