We're excited to announce that applications are now open for ANTHC's three signature leadership development programs: Pathways to Leadership, Leadership Excellence through Advancement and Determination (LEAD), and the Alaska Native Executive Leadership Program (ANELP). These programs are open to Alaska Native and American Indian employees and are designed to build confident, culturally grounded, and capable leaders across all levels of our organization and the Alaska Tribal Health System. Application period is open until June 8.
Programs run from September 2025 to May 2026 and are built to meet you where you're at-whether you're just getting started or preparing for executive-level responsibility.
