Pinerock Group Acquires NA Bygg and Expands Its Presence in the Örebro Region

Pinerock Pinerock intends to acquire NA Bygg, a well-established construction company with a strong position in the Örebro region, thereby continuing its expansion in Sweden. The current owners are reinvesting in Group and will continue to operate and develop NA Bygg.

NA Bygg is based in the Örebro area and carries out both "RMI" (renovation, remodeling, and expansion) and new construction projects for public and private clients. The company has approximately 60 employees and generates annual revenue of approximately 500 million Swedish kronor. The company has a long history and extensive experience in the construction industry, largely through collaboration with a loyal customer base.

All four owners of NA Bygg, who have run the company in its current form for the past 20 years, are reinvesting in Pinerock and will continue to play active roles within NA Bygg; together with the rest of the staff, they will continue to develop the company. NA Bygg will continue to operate under its existing name, with the same management, organization, and local presence.

The acquisition strengthens Pinerock's presence in the Örebro region and creates opportunities for collaboration with the Group's other companies.

NA Bygg is a well-managed company with a strong market position, skilled employees, and long-standing customer relationships. "Throughout the process, we have gotten to know the management team well and share their vision of how long-term value is created through local entrepreneurship and high-quality projects. We look forward to growing together and strengthening our position in the region, while the expertise at NA Bygg contributes to the continued development of Pinerock, " says Johanna Barnekow, CEO of the Pinerock Group.

The completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the relevant competition authorities and is expected to be finalized in November 2026.
