MERRILLVILLE, IND. - Centier Bank, Indiana's largest private, family-owned and operated bank, is pleased to welcome Alison Tusing as Compliance Manager, Monitoring. In this role, Tusing is responsible for providing second-line oversight across the bank's products, services, and business practices to ensure alignment with federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies and standards.
"I've heard consistently from peers about the strength of Centier's family culture and I am so excited to be a part of it," said Tusing. "I'm looking forward to this new chapter and immersing myself in Centier's philosophy and thoughtful approach to compliance."
Tusing brings more than 10 years of experience in compliance from various financial institutions and legal offices before joining Centier. She holds the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation from the American Bankers Association, along with a certificate in Operational Risk Management. Tusing also brings subject-matter expertise in digital assets and faster payments, supported by published work in collaboration with the U.S. Faster Payments Council.

Tusing earned a bachelor's degree from Indiana University South Bend. She serves as the Board President of Place to Be Me, a nonprofit that supports children and adults with special needs. She enjoys time with her family and pets.
