Autopsy Results in Laconia, New Hampshire Death of Linda Dionne

Concord, NH - Attorney General John M. Formella, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Mark B. Hall, and Laconia Police Chief Matthew Canfield announce that the New Hampshire Department of Justice Office of the Chief Medical Examiner performed an autopsy this morning, Wednesday, April 15, 2026, on the body of Linda Dionne (age 58) of Laconia, New Hampshire.

The examination confirmed that Mrs. Dionne's cause of death was strangulation and her manner of death was homicide.

Additional information will be released as it becomes available while protecting the integrity of the investigation.
