Regent University Named "Great College to Work For®" for the Sixteenth Year

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (Sept. 20, 2024) - For the 16th time, Regent University is being recognized as a Great College to Work For®, receiving top-tier "Honor Roll" status in nine of the 10 categories for 2024.

The Great College to Work For® designation is awarded annually by The Chronicle; of Higher Education, a leading trade publication for academics.

The results, released today, were based on The Modern Think Higher Education Insight Survey© which uses employee survey responses and comments, as well as workplace data and policies to measure employee satisfaction.

"It's affirming to be recognized once again for creating an environment that values the professional and spiritual growth of its faculty, staff, and student body," said Martha Smith, Vice President for Human Resources and Administration.
