Northbound Dallas Pkwy. frontage road is now open between Stonebrook Pkwy. & Cotton Gin Rd.

(October 31, 2025) UPDATE: The northbound Dallas Parkway frontage road is now open to through traffic between Stonebrook Parkway and Cotton Gin Road. Thank you for your patience!

(October 28, 2025) The northbound Dallas Parkway frontage road will remain closed between Stonebrook Parkway and the Cotton Gin ramp for about a week so crews can finish paving the widened bridge. The road is expected to reopen by 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 3. See attached map (PDF).

  • Northbound Dallas Parkway frontage road: Closed to all but local traffic at Stonebrook Parkway. Only drivers heading to Genesis Court may continue north. All other traffic must turn left onto Stonebrook Pkwy. and use Legacy Dr. and Cotton Gin Rd. to navigate around the closure. Detour signs will be posted. See attached map (PDF).
  • Genesis Court Access Closure: The northbound frontage road is closed at Genesis Court, a cul-de-sac with no outlet. Any drivers who mistakenly enter this area must turn around and return to Stonebrook Parkway.
  • Temporary Two-Way Traffic: The section of the northbound frontage road between the railroad tracks and Genesis Court will temporarily allow two-way traffic. Vehicles exiting Genesis Court.
