On November 3, 2025, Metsera, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company" or "Metsera") issued a statement in response to litigation filed against the Company by Pfizer Inc. ("Pfizer"). A copy of the statement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
