Kirkland Represents Bain Capital on Investment in Concert Golf Partners

Kirkland & Ellis advised Bain Capital on an investment in Concert Golf Partners, a premier owner-operator of private golf and country clubs, which it acquired from Clearlake Capital Group. The new investment from Bain Capital's Private Equity and Real Estate teams will support the Company's continued growth and long-term strategy. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
