VCU’s Wilder School to host virtual election results breakdown with Bob Holsworth on Nov. 19

By Sian Wilkerson

Political scientist Bob Holsworth, Ph.D., will join Virginia Commonwealth University's L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs next week to analyze and share insight into the results of Virginia's 2025 election.

On Wednesday, Nov. 19, Holsworth, a leading political analyst and founding director of the Wilder School, will take part in a virtual discussion about implications of this month's election. The hourlong event, part of the school's monthly Lunch and Learn series, begins at noon and Holsworth's presentation will include answering submitted questions.

Susan Gooden, Ph.D., dean of the Wilder School, will provide opening remarks, and Robyn Diehl McDougle, Ph.D., associate professor and associate dean of research and outreach, will moderate the discussion.

Following the event, a recording will be shared on the Wilder School's YouTube channel.

Registration is available online through the event information page.
