This Form ABS-15G/A amends the Form ABS-15G filed by J.P. Morgan Acceptance Corporation II on May 8, 2025 (the "Original Filing") relating to J.P. Morgan Mortgage Trust 2025-5 and is being filed solely to replace "J.P. Morgan Mortgage Trust 2025-5" with "J.P. Morgan Mortgage Trust 2025-5MPR" as the issuing entity for the Original Filing, and all references to "2025-5" in any exhibits filed in connection with the Original Filing should instead be read as referencing "2025-5MPR".
