Tallahassee Police Make Arrest Following Palmetto Street Homicide

The Tallahassee Police Department (TPD) has arrested one individual in connection with a homicide that occurred on May 1 in the 200 block of Palmetto Street.
Following a swift and thorough investigation, detectives determined that the victim, an adult male, met with someone he knew in a parking lot shortly before the shooting took place. The individual he met was later identified as the person responsible for the fatal shooting.

The suspect, 29-year-old Kenneth Law, was identified through the course of the investigation.

Through evidence and witness statements, detectives developed probable cause for an arrest. After consulting with the State Attorney's Office, warrants were obtained and Law was taken into custody without incident.
