Community Development Inspections to Resume Oct. 16
CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Oct. 15, 2024) - The Charlotte County Community Development Department will resume building inspections on Wednesday, Oct. 16. Scheduling of inspections on the IVR system or online through the contractor portal has opened as of today, Oct. 15.
All inspections scheduled before the hurricane have been canceled and will need to be rescheduled. Before rescheduling canceled inspections, please revisit the job site to ensure it is ready. Job sites that have sustained damage may need to be repaired before inspections are scheduled.
