Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Saturday January 25th at 10:45 AM, Troopers arrested Eric Viera, age 39, of 124 Halleck Avenue, Riverside, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Domestic-Simple Assault and 2.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and East Providence Police locating Viera. Viera was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court Date.

On Saturday January 25th at 11:14 AM, Troopers arrested Christina Odunaike, age 23, of 198 Dunnell Avenue, Apt.518, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for a Second District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License - Fourth or Subsequent Offense originating out of the Jamestown Police Department. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. Odunaike was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Women's Intake Center.

On Saturday January 25th at 2:17 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Hill, age, 20, of 205 Ives Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Violation of a No Contact Order - First Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a medical emergency on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Hill was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned/presented as a bail violator by the Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.

On Saturday January 25th at 2:17 PM, Troopers arrested Mario Aponte, age 19, of 654 Cranston Street, Apartment #1, Providence, Rhode Island, for an active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Cranston Police Department on the original charge of Larceny Under $1500.00. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a medical emergency on Route 6 in the City of Providence. Aponte was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Cranston Police Department.

On Saturday January 25th at 4:48 PM, Troopers arrested Damia Branca, age 22, of 15 Glasgow Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Possession of Marijuana - Over Two Ounces. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Branca was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.

On Saturday January 25th at 5:55 PM, Troopers arrested Derik Moran, age 45, of 460 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for an active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Cranston Police Department on the original charges of 1.) Shoplifting and 2.) Conspiracy. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 6 East in the City of Providence. Moran was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Cranston Police Department.

On Saturday January 25th at 9:32 PM, Troopers arrested Ronica Dejesus, age 28, of 116 Sterry Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference, on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License, originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop of Church Street in the City of Pawtucket. Dejesus was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.

On Saturday January 25th at 10:22 PM Troopers arrested Samenta Baltazard, age 36, of 1069 Eddy Street, Providence, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs - B.A.C .15 or Greater (0.177 and 0.181). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Thurbers Avenue in the City of Providence. Baltazard was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

On Saturday January 25th at 11:36 PM Troopers arrested Libio Marroquin, age 24, of 146 Summer Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Drugs - B.A.C Unknown 2nd Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit a Chemical Test - 1st Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Lonsdale Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. Marroquin was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment and presentment as a Bail Violator.

On Sunday January 26th at 12:42 AM Troopers arrested Lisandro Balladares Guevara, age 37, of 153 Cypress Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Drugs - B.A.C Unknown 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit a Chemical Test - 2nd Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Thurber's Avenue in the City of Providence. Guevara was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

On Sunday January 26th at 1:46 AM Troopers arrested John Huertas, age 31, of 115 Sixth Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 North, in the Town of North Providence. Huertas was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment and presentment as a Bail Violator.
