SHARONVILLE, OH, JUL 1, 2015 - DuBois Chemicals, Inc. has completed the acquisition of C.A.R. (Complete Auto Restoration) based in Holyoke, Massachusetts.

C.A.R. is an innovative manufacturer of cleaning and detail products for the automobile market. C.A.R has been effectively developing products and growing their business over the past 25 years in the northeast United States and globally. C.A.R. has built a solid reputation in the tunnel wash segment and has created a unique and powerful line of detail products sold to car care professionals.
