BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (April 29, 2026) - Ardent Health has released its annual Community Impact Report, highlighting the measurable progress made in 2025 to improve care quality, expand access, support caregivers and strengthen the communities it serves.

Guided by its purpose of caring for people, Ardent advanced safer, more reliable care while continuing to invest in the people and technologies that make healthcare easier to access and experience.

• Strong quality and safety performance, including industry-leading hospital safety grades, fewer serious safety events, and outcomes exceeding national benchmarks for conditions such as sepsis.
• Expanded access to care, with new hospitals, ambulatory clinics, specialty services, behavioral health programs, and virtual care models that keep care close to home.
• Technology-enabled innovation, including virtual nursing, remote monitoring, AI-powered documentation, and digital access tools that support caregivers and enhance the patient experience.
• Investments in people and communities, spanning workforce development, caregiver well-being, economic impact, volunteerism, charity care, and environmental stewardship.

Through patient stories, caregiver perspectives and performance metrics, the report illustrates how Ardent teams are translating strategy into meaningful, local impact across six states, 30 hospitals and more than 285 sites of care.
