Cattaraugus County - The Village of Franklinville Village Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law 6 of 2024 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Local Law to amend the Zoning Map of the Village of Franklinville to align with Zoning Amendments to the Franklinville Village Code. The project is located throughout the Village of Franklinville, New York.
