UPDATED: County Commissioners’ Meeting Agenda for Tuesday, April 14, 2026

Due to a lack of quorum, the agenda for the Charles County Board of Commissioners meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 14, has been modified. Commissioners will convene as planned to issue proclamations at 9 a.m. and to consider approval items and hold the scheduled public hearing at 6 p.m. A public comment session will not be held. All remaining agenda items are being rescheduled and will be addressed at a future meeting. The updated agenda is included below.

The County Commissioners will hold this public meeting "virtually" and in-person. The public can watch this meeting on Comcast 95 (SD) and 1070 (HD), Verizon FIOS 10, Roku or Apple TV streaming devices (Charles County Government), and the web at www.CharlesCountyMD.gov/VOD. Residents without internet service can listen to the meeting at 301-645-0500.

VIRTUAL COMMISSIONERS' PUBLIC HEARING SIGN-IN BEGINS

8 a.m. - To register to speak virtually at the Commissioners' public hearing, call 240-776-6709. Virtual Registration for the public hearing ends at 4 p.m.

IN-PERSON COMMISSIONERS' PUBLIC HEARING SIGN-IN BEGINS

5:30 p.m. - In-person registration opens to sign in to provide public comment for the public hearings.
