(the "Registrant") to register (i) 4,248,974 additional shares of Common Stock, par value $0.000005 per share, reserved for issuance under the Registrant's 2019 Equity Incentive Plan and (ii) 849,794 additional shares of Common Stock, par value $0.000005 per share, reserved for issuance under the Registrant's 2019 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
