NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ZONING ADMINISTRATOR of the City of Pittsburg will conduct a public hearing in the City First Floor Conference Room 4B at City Hall on December 11, 2025, at 1:30PM concerting the following item(s):

Pittsburg Data Hub - Commercial Design Review, AP-25-0113 (DR)

This is a public hearing on a request for Zoning Administrator approval of Commercial Design Review to construct a data center building on a 22.05-acre parcel, within the boundaries of Phase I of the Pittsburg Technology Park Specific Plan Area, located at 2242 Golf Club Road in the PD-1527 (Planned Development, Ordinance No. 24-1527) District. Assessor Parcel Number: 095-160-008.

Environmental Determination: The proposed project is subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). An Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) was prepared for the project by the California Energy Commission (CEC) as the Lead Agency. The City of Pittsburg, serving as Responsible Agency, will review and certify the CEC IS/MND, adopt Responsible Agency Findings under CEQA and adopt the MMRP for the project.
