Kelly Voss Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Philadelphia, February 23rd, 2026 -Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Kelly Voss has joined the firm as a Senior Client Partner, Total Rewards. She will be based in the Philadelphia office.

Voss brings more than 35 years of experience advising organizations on compensation strategies and workforce rewards programs. Her expertise includes designing and implementing pay structures that align with business objectives and broader talent strategies.
