Sammontana Completes €800 Million High Yield Notes Offering

Paul, Weiss advised Sammontana Italia S.p.A., a leading Italian gelato and frozen pastry products company and a portfolio company of Investindustrial, on the U.S. and English law aspects of its offering of €800 million seven-year senior secured floating rate notes. Proceeds of the offering were used in connection with Investindustrial's acquisition of Italian frozen pastry maker Forno d'Asolo from BC Partners.
