Remember to mark your calendars for Annual Open Enrollment: Oct. 8 through Nov. 8, 2024. This is an active Open Enrollment, so even if you don't want to make any changes to your existing benefits, action is required!

• You must answer all applicable surcharge questions. Failure to do so will default you into the status of YES, which will result in the $150 per month surcharge.
• It is highly recommended that you review your beneficiary information. Nobody wants to think about this, but you're already in the system; take a few moments to make sure everything is accurate and up-to-date. You can consider doing this for:
  • TRS and/or ORP, 403(b), 457(b), Health Savings Account (HSA), Supplemental Life Insurance
• Check out the 2025 USG Comparison Guide on the USG Benefits website to explore the details of all benefit offerings for 2025
• Consider registering for the final "What's New in 2025?" virtual info session on Tuesday, Oct. 22 from 12 - 1 p.m. by registering via this SmartForm. If this date and time don't work for you and you missed the first two sessions, consider attending the USG Benefits Info Sessions on Oct. 28 from 10 a.m. - noon, or Nov. 4 from 2 - 4 p.m. by registering at this USG Benefits website.
