(the "Company") declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company's 6% Convertible Exchangeable Preferred Stock (the "Preferred Stock"). The dividend is payable on May 1, 2026, to Preferred Stock stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 23, 2026.
