(d) First Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. ("First Guaranty") elected Mr. Bruce McAnally to the Board of Directors for First Guaranty on December 19, 2024. Mr. McAnally has not been appointed to serve on any committees and there is no expectation that he will be appointed to any particular committee at this time. Mr. McAnally is not a party to any transaction with First Guaranty or First Guaranty Bank that would require disclosure under Item 404(a) of Securities and Exchange Commission Regulation S-K.
Mr. McAnally joined the Bank's Board of Directors in June 2017 with the acquisition of Synergy Bank where he served as Chairman of the Board. Mr. McAnally is a registered pharmacist and independent pharmacy owner residing in Austin, TX. He currently serves as founder and director of RxPreferred Benefits in Nashville, TN and as director of Best Value Pharmacies in Ft. Worth, TX; and was a founder of Paragon Healthcare in Dallas, TX.
