WASHINGTON - U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) announced Louisiana will receive $53,080,760.19 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as a result of Hurricane Ida.
"Taking safety precautions is the best way to prevent future devastation," said Dr. Cassidy. "This funding will help our medical centers and Terrebonne Parish rebuild prepare for the next storm."
