Sabrina Carpenter - Tears (Official Video)

Sabrina Carpenter turned her new "Tears" music video into an adventure for fans, only on YouTube. Throughout last week, Carpenter rolled out a series of alternate endings to the music video, which can only be described as a "cinematic experience".

Just last week after the official music video debuted, alternate endings began to appear over the course of four days. Fans swarmed social media to uncover clues and Easter eggs, while custom teasers appeared on projections in major cities worldwide.

True to her playful style, Carpenter alluded to the music video event by referencing past videos like "Feather" and "Please Please Please," declaring, "Someone has to die every video."

Each ending had its own unique twist, with Sabrina's love interest meeting his fate in a variety of unique ways. Only Superfans who were following along were lucky enough to catch each ending before it vanished!

Carpenter also encouraged fans to join in the fun by showcasing the video's #TearsBySabrina dance break on Shorts, which she went on to perform on Sunday's MTV VMA's alongside Honey Balenciaga, Jewels Sparkles & Lexi Love.
