2025 CDO Summit

September 24, 2025

The 2025 CDOC Summit held on September 24-25 at GSA Headquarters was a resounding success! The theme of the Summit was "Data Without Barriers" and the event brought together 60 attendees representing 60 Federal Agencies and Components, alongside GSA strategic partners from TTS and Shared Services, to foster collaboration on accelerating progress through effective data sharing, technology integration, and advancing Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and M-25-05 implementation.

The convening highlighted the power of collective action among Federal Data leaders, reinforcing that while each agency faces unique challenges, no one is working in isolation. Key themes included coalition-building within the Agency C-Suite, practical training on Data.gov and Inventory.data.gov, and a strong commitment to advancing shared priorities across government.

The event was a resounding success, strengthening connections and laid the groundwork for continued collaboration toward a more open, secure, and effective federal data ecosystem.
