MAKING AMERICA SAFE AGAIN: ICE Arrests Pedophiles, Killers, and Violent Assailants

Under Secretary Noem's leadership, ICE targeted public safety threats released into our country

WASHINGTON -- U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announce the arrest of more worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens convicted for heinous crimes including sexual exploitation of a child, intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

"Under Secretary Noem's leadership, more than 3 million illegal aliens have left the U.S. She unleashed ICE to target public safety threats resulting in the lowest murder rate in 125 years. Just yesterday, ICE arrested pedophiles, killers, and violent assailants," said Deputy Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis. "President Trump and Secretary Noem are putting the safety of the American people FIRST."

Fredy Danilo Argueta-Espana, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, convicted for sexual exploitation of a minor, enticement of a minor by internet or text, and possession of a forgery writing/device in Logan, Utah.

Jose Edel Moreno-Herrera, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle in Harris County, Texas.

Tajay Orlando Peterkin, a criminal illegal alien from Jamaica, convicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Merlin Lopez, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, convicted for felony larceny by employee in Warren County, North Carolina.

Ebrima Fofana, a criminal illegal alien from The Gambia, convicted for robbery in New York, New York.
