Pontiac, Mich. - Endeavour Pontiac Partners, LLC (EPP) - a collaboration among Endeavour Corp, PMCO Consulting and Framework E - today announced the launch of the Pontiac Pathfinders Program, an innovative workforce initiative designed to identify, develop and elevate talent from within the City of Pontiac.;
The program features two coordinated tracks. The Pathfinders Track engages skilled Pontiac-based professionals in architecture, construction and project management. The High School Engagement Track introduces local students to career opportunities in design, engineering and construction through hands-on learning and mentorship.
Together, these tracks strengthen Pontiac's talent pipeline - empowering local professionals to shape the city's next chapter and inspiring students to pursue high-demand, well-paying careers. Through this effort, EPP aims to cultivate homegrown talent and support Pontiac's long-term economic growth.
"Oakland County is committed to ensuring the Pontiac Project delivers lasting benefits for residents, businesses and future leaders," said Oakland County Executive David Coulter. "The Pathfinders initiative is a smart, forward-looking investment in Pontiac's future as a vibrant county seat."He noted that the initiative aligns with the city's broader revitalization plans, including removing the county-owned Phoenix Center, converting the former GM headquarters into county offices, and improving walkability, parking and mixed-use space downtown.
Track One: Pathfinders
Jermaine Branner is the 2025 Pathfinder. He brings more than a decade of experience spanning real estate development, construction and workforce development. As founder and managing director of Perry Street Property Group, he is a respected business owner and community leader actively advancing Pontiac's revitalization through development and local economic opportunity.
Endeavour Pontiac Partners is seeking one additional outstanding individual to join the Pontiac Pathfinders and work closely with the development team. Contact the Framework E team at [email protected] if interested.
The Pathfinders Track ensures that Pontiac's own seasoned professionals help drive the city's redevelopment, beginning with the Oakland County Parking Decks Project and extending to future civic and development sites. By working directly with EPP, Pathfinders further sharpen their expertise in due diligence, feasibility analysis and project planning - positioning them to lead or partner in upcoming efforts and ensuring that Pontiac's growth is guided by those who live, work and invest in the community.
"This is an exciting moment for Pontiac, and we're proud to support local talent as they help move the city forward," said Jerry Attia of Framework E, EPP's lead design firm. "Partnering with such capable professionals and helping them expand their impact across Pontiac's evolving landscape is truly rewarding."
Track Two: High School Engagement
The High School Engagement Track introduces Pontiac students to careers in architecture, construction, and engineering through the ACE Mentor Program of Southeast Michigan, part of a national nonprofit that exposes high schoolers to these fields.
The first ACE event of the 2025-26 school year was held on Nov.10 at the AUCH Construction Education HUB, where Framework E's Pierre Roberson met with students interested in design and construction careers.
Throughout the school year, students will participate in classroom sessions, jobsite tours, and mentorship opportunities that offer real-world exposure to planning and building. These experiences spark interest, build confidence, and connect students to pathways into high-demand careers - strengthening Pontiac's future workforce.
"We're grateful for Oakland County's partnership and shared commitment to workforce development and equitable opportunity in Pontiac's revitalization," said Randy Roth, CEO of Endeavour Corp and lead developer with Endeavour Pontiac Partners. "The Pathfinders Program reflects our joint vision - building not just projects, but a strong foundation for local talent to thrive and lead Pontiac's next chapter."
